Oysters are brought in daily, opened on site in front of customers. Tidal carries a minimum of nine species of fish daily, and sources a large majority of its produce locally from Southport trawlers, ensuring an extensive variety is maintained. Fish fillets are strictly fresh, with local prawns and shellfish being popular favourites.
