With a concise menu featuring lemon, garlic, and thyme rotisserie chicken, slow-cooked beef brisket, and baked cauliflower with vintage cheddar, the focus is on simplicity and quality. The Yorkshire puddings are handmade daily, perfected after a year and a half of testing to create the ideal balance of softness and structure. For larger groups, The Butcher’s Block offers sharing plates, while a rotating special adds extra variety.
