The Ranchero
The Ranchero, a new event space and licensed bar housed within Mo’s Desert Clubhouse, is opening this April. Same same but different to Mo’s, this bar and outdoor garden takes its inspiration from a mix of muses – Mexico City culture, traditional hacienda vibes and feminine inspirations like Dolly Parton, as well as Mexican Patron Saint, The Virgin Guadalupe. The Ranchero will be open from Thursday through to Sunday for lunch, dinner and drinks in-between. Inside the lively venue, guests can enjoy a selection of tantalising tipples like margaritas, sangrias and a signature tequila espresso martini. The wine list has been carefully curated to boast a number of natural, vegan and preservative-free options, while local independent beers will also be pouring. The whistle-wetting drinks offering is complemented by Southwest American-style street-food eats served up by the onsite food truck Fix On 66. Friday sessions are where it’s at, with live music and entertainment on the deck as the sun sets. If you’re visiting Mo’s for a gig, you’ll be able to enjoy a cheeky drink at The Ranchero, with the two spaces opening up to one another on gig nights.
