Established in 1976 in South Australia, Fox Surf made the Gold Coast home shortly after and is still selling its quality wetsuits and surf gear from The Fox Shop on Griffith Street. The passion has always been to produce Australian designed and made wetsuits, and although many brands have gone offshore, Fox Surf is still manufacturing here. While The Fox Shop stocks a large range of off-the-racks suits, custom wetsuits are its specialty. Whether for surfing, free diving or scuba diving, the designers can create anything you require. Fox Surf has also expanded into a full range for female surfers with its brand Sheoak. Made from the highest quality lycra and wetsuit material, the designs are practical yet tick all boxes in the fashion stakes. Local artists are commissioned to design the fabric patterns, such as local artist Christine Slabb. The Fox Shop also stocks surfboards, paddle wear, accessories and clothing.
