Growing up with two chefs as parents, Lily Ma developed a profound appreciation for amazing, fresh food. It is this passion for produce that led Lily and her family to establish The Chef’s Daughter cafe in Robina. The cafe offers modern Australian breakfasts alongside an Asian-inspired lunch menu. Get your day underway with some good ol’ fashioned pancakes or the ever popular avocado smash topped with cherry tomatoes and gooey feta and a cold-pressed juice. As the day rolls on, satiate your starvation with a serve of Mama’s Dumplings. Handmade to order, the dumplings have been reinvented for a modern Australian audience and offer fillings including pork and beef alongside an unexpectedly Australian spinach with feta and sundried tomato option. If you’re in need of a little pick-me-up, the venue offers an organic Peruvian blend as the specialty roast alongside Kraft One as the house coffee alongside a devilishly good cold-brew that is made in-house.
