The Bread Social
Having won over the bread-loving populace that frequent The Farm Byron Bay, The Bread Social has been crafting its delicious pastries, savouries and baked goods from its standalone bakehouse in the heart of Tweed Heads since 2016. You’ll find everything from gourmet pies and sausage rolls (the pork, apple and sage is a winner), through to fresh salads, sandwiches, croissants, sweet pastries, a swag of different artisan breads and Single O coffee. In November 2018, owners and bakers Tom, Sam and Paul expanded the The Bread Social’s space to seat around 50 diners with a concise cafe-style menu that sees their ethos of seasonal, local and responsible eating shine bright. The menu is served from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (subject to change) from Thursday through to Saturday, featuring dishes like local heirloom tomatoes with Byron Bay burrata, and line-caught kingfish with horseradish creme.
