You’ll find breakfast options like maple macadamia pancakes with raw banana ice-cream, and a Middle Eastern lentil shakshuka topped with a baked egg and sided with a pea and avocado smash. Come lunchtime, you’ll be treated with hearty dishes like Indian-style pumpkin curry, a veggie burger with haloumi and housemade pesto mayonnaise, and panko-crusted tofu with spicy sauce and colourful stir-fried vegetables.
