While the essentials like avocado on toast, chilli scrambled eggs and French toast make an appearance, it will be hard to look beyond intriguing dishes like the aforementioned karaage chicken waffle stack, the vegetarian eggs Benedict with crispy taro chips and pickled chilli, and the pork belly in master stock with burnt onions, apple, poached eggs and torn fried bread. The lunch menu runs all day, covering lighter options with dishes like the falafel with kale and sauteed cabbage, and the beef bulogi ‘power bowl’ with avocado, green beans, spinach and lotus chips atop brown rice.
