If you’re fond of top-notch tipples and sensational sandwiches – go ahead and make haste to Scott’s Luncheonette & Bar in Palm Beach. The venue is the first Gold Coast venture from award-winning mixologist and booze pioneer Perry Scott, who has shaken and stirred sips for some pretty famous faces around the world throughout his 20-year hospo career. The quaint 42-seater is perched along the Gold Coast Highway in Palm Beach, and dishes up some drool-inducing fare including chicken sangas with coconut and ginger chilli jam, felafel pockets and a popular chilli-crab melt. Those who can’t resist a Reuben absolutely need to give Scott’s a whirl, you won’t be disappointed! As we head into the warmer months, the crew are keeping the lights on of a Friday and Saturday evening with a selection of light bites including a bug taco and a Philly cheese steak sanga melt. On Sundays, Scott’s hosts a brunch from 9:00 am to midday featuring a bacon brekky sanga and a BRAT (bacon, rocket, avo and tomato).
