Samphire Bites


Treat your inner gourmand to a fanciful feast of maple and bourbon-glazed pork belly or roasted duck with parsnip, cherries and sorrel at Samphire Bites in Surfers Paradise. The restaurant is the work of esteemed chef James Brady, owner of Pigs and Pints and former chef at Melbourne’s Vue De Monde, and has been created to draw you in to a gastronomic wonderland filled with curious creations such as roasted cuttlefish with spinach, feta and olives, Cap gnocci with mushrooms, goats cheese and watercress and deconstructed cheesecake. Taking cues from the food, the drinks list is equally as unexpected and offers some interesting wines and deconstructed cocktails.
