Inspired by their love for Japan and annual snowboarding trips, the bar captures the vibrant energy of Tokyo’s hidden alleyways. Its narrow, neon-lit layout features electric dart boards and a private karaoke room for those looking to unwind. Satoshi’s passion for brewing shines through with 12 house-made beers on tap, including a Japanese rice lager and seasonal specialties, alongside a selection of 24 handpicked sakes. The menu, crafted by chef Helen Rissen, offers elevated Japanese street food like yuzu karaage chicken and grilled robata skewers.
