Red Earth Brewery
Encased by a blend of corrugated iron, recycled doors and stained-glass windows, Red Earth Brewery’s farm-style brewhouse is located on an avocado plantation along Cudgen Road – it enjoys pristine views, including glimpses of Mt Warning, and is all about showcasing the very best of what the northern New South Wales region has to offer. Head brewer Zeke Hower (formerly of Stone & Wood) oversees the newly opened 12-hectolitre facility, which is situated just up from popular working farm and cafe Farm & Co – Red Earth even treats Farm & Co’s resident pigs to all of the spent grain from the brew tanks. Here you can sample Red Earth brews straight from the source, including the golden-bodied Rising Sun Pale Ale, along with an IPA, pilsner and a mid-strength lager. Eats and beats will also be on offer, with a rotating series of food trucks and live entertainment featured each week.
