After huge popularity selling their raw slices at markets, the boys decided to open up a 100% plant-based eatery specialising in raw, vegan and vegetarian cuisine. At Rawthentic, everything is made in-house from scratch and the menu is completely organic and free of dairy, eggs, gluten, refined cane sugars and heat treated oils. Tempting your tastebuds are delicious lunchtime dishes such as the raw pad thai, portobello reuben wraps and a hemp seed burgers, as well as a an extensive smoothie and medicinal tonic menu. There’s also a daily selection of fresh raw slices, cakes and desserts which can be paired with an organic coffee or herbal tea for that perfect afternoon snack.
