If you’ve spent any time slurping back bowls of noods in and around Sydney, chances are you’re familiar with RaRa Ramen, with locations including Redfern and Randwick as well as plant-based Lonely Mouth in Newtown and RaRa Chan in Eveleigh. Well, ramen lovers, get excited because owners Scott Gault and Katie Shortland have ventured north and brought their signature house-made noodles with them to Burleigh Heads! Alongside its signature ramen, the new venue features a cocktail bar for highballs and sours paired with bar snacks, as well as a couple of vegan dishes and a Tokyo-style chintan (clear soup). Rara Ramen is open now!
