This seaside poke-bowl dispensary is an intentionally fuss-free spot where it’s all about creating fresh, made-to-order bowls for local folk to enjoy on the regular. You choose your base (brown or white rice, or greens), then your protein (including tuna and salmon sashimi, prawns, chicken and firm tofu), then add on all of the freshness and zing with toppings like wakame, edamame, fresh chilli and kimchi. For some crunch, get tobiko, agedama or crushed Japanese crackers sprinkled on top – then wash it down with tins of ice-cold green tea.
