Panya Artisan Bakery

The secret is out! Panya Artisan Bakery has been supplying a distinguished list of restaurants and cafes with delicious bread for years but is now offering a limited range of freshly baked artisan sourdough, croissants, spicy fruit loaf and semi-sourdough danishes direct to public from its new space in Currumbin Waters. The digs are so new there is no signage, just follow your nose (and your Google maps). Owner and bread master Ricky bakes fresh daily however be warned, the small range sells out quick so you are encouraged to call or text your order beforehand to avoid disappointment. The signature sourdough uses only natural yeast and a slow fermentation process that releases the flavour and makes it easier to digest.
