Pagi Pagi Cafe


With a name that translates to morning x two in Indonesian, Pagi Pagi Cafe guarantees you’ll have a doubly good one. Canberra’s ONA Coffee is what’s pouring on the regular at Pagi Pagi Cafe, while a range of other roasters will slowly make their way through the machines as time goes on. The toasties are well and truly the star of Pagi Pagi Cafe’s brunch menu, with the toasted sourdough supplied by Brasserie Bread. You can wrap your mitts around the likes of truffle mushroom with mozzarella cheese, Kewpie, jalapeno salsa verde, a savoury-mince concoction with wagyu-beef mince, corn kernel, mozzarella and Kewpie and a Reuben with pastrami, sauerkraut, house-made Russian dressing, American cheese and whole-grain mustard. You can also dig into the Pagi Benedict with poached eggs, your choice of bacon, ham or mushroom, onion jam and spicy hollandaise served on a croffle, or  indulge in the Biscoff croffle, which is served with seasonal fruits, cookie crumble and vanilla ice-cream. Those on the go can nab a number of homemade treats, with slices and cookies gracing the cabinet, while The Bagel Boys’ bagels are available to munch on too.
