Old Tom Restaurant and Bar
Old Tom is the Gold Coast’s first dedicated gin bar which merges cocktails with fine dining in the heart of Broadbeach. The well-curated cocktail list, created by coveted ex-Kiyomi bar manager Tom Angel, is designed to showcase the complexities and varieties of gin, offering everything from light and floral gins to citrus-heavy variations and bolder styles. The luxe marble-floored formal dining room will offer a set three, six or nine-course fine-dining menu, featuring intricate dishes like sake-washed yellowtail kingfish with locally foraged seaweed, avocado and yoghurt puree, wasabi cracker and kaffir lime koshu. Old Tom also features a more relaxed dining lounge and library area (full of classic English books), which will offer a more casual menu of share plates and sophisticated bar snacks.
