Think subs like prosciutto and salami with provolone, heirloom tomato, rocket, seeded mustard and ‘nduja aioli, and the vegetarian sub with roast-capsicum pepperonata, French brie, mustard, rocket and aioli. There’s also a cabinet full of rotating sourdough toasties, from pickle-topped Reubens to salami-and-cheese sandwiches, as well as sides like parmesan-dusted fries or a simple plate of sourdough with aged balsamic and olive oil.
