Moustache
Moustache, is the latest pint-sized venue from Brodie Green (who has previously brought us Seadog and Buoy). The day to night venue blends coastal European flavours with simple yet refined selection of dishes, starting with breakfast options like ‘Eggs in Purgatory’ and freshly made focaccia. By evening, the menu expands to sharable plates such as anchovies on toast, beef tartare, and charcoal-grilled snapper. Chef Rodrigo Paraboa Martins leads the kitchen, while the beverage program features a selection of new-age wines, cocktails and a house lager. Though walk-ins are encouraged, reservations are available for groups of six or more.
