Or you can shake up your tastebuds with the Limp Brisket burger, brimming with Texan-style smoked beef brisket with American cheese, onion rings, sauerkraut and pickle slaw, thousand island dressing, mustard and a house bourbon-barbecue sauce. The bar is well stocked with a widespread offering of vibrant milky cocktails, a tight selection of wines, and a range of tap and bottled beers – or you can splash out and get a nip of rum in your chocolate thickshake (do it).
