Mano’s has reopened in Main Beach heralding the reemergence of the all new Tedder Avenue! The venue is virtually unrecognisable from its former self with a rustic timber-clad dining area offering full table service and massive three-sided bar taking pride of place in the middle of the restaurant. Accompanying the new digs is a succinct but satisfying gastropub-style menu featuring small plates of zesty squid and chilli salad, pork belly baos and saucy chicken wings. If small serves simply won’t cut it, the chicken parmy with a twist promises to please but be warned, this is not your run-of-the-mill schnitty with sauce. Despite the cosmetic changes, the heart and soul of Mano’s remains unchanged as evidenced by the hoards of happy locals soaking up some rays over a couple of afternoon ales.
