Magnolia Lane
Magnolia Lane is here to inject a hearty dose of caffeine and gratitude into your day. The casual new eatery opened its doors on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and First Avenue in Burleigh Heads with a sizeable reminder to appreciate the ‘ordinary’ moments in everyday life with an inscription on the outside wall that reads ‘Today I am grateful for …’. The new neighbourhood locale was brought to life by a group of like-minded locals who share an appreciation for excellent coffee, tasty nosh and pretty spaces. Magnolia Lane ticks every one of those boxes with an all-day menu that spans from classic morning meals such as acai bowls, B&E rolls and chilli scrambled eggs with crisp bacon through to savoury lunch-time selections including the popular Moroccan lamb plate, which is piled high with a stack of braised-lamb shoulder, sauteed greens, couscous and topped with fetta and dukkah. The coffee is by Victoria’s Inglewood Coffee Roasters.
