Located in the heart of Byron Bay, the wine shop (owned by renowned sommeliers Russ Berry, James Audas and Tom Sheer) is devoted solely to small-scale producers from around the world that focus on sustainable farming and low-intervention winemaking. Expect to see easy-drinking styles from Australian favourites like Jilly, Latta, Tom Shobbrook, Bill Downie, Ochota Barrel and more. There’s also an assembly of international drops from the likes of Domaine Bobinet (Loire Valley, France), Cristian Tschida (Burgenland, Austria) and Lammidia (Abruzzo, Italy), as well as a small selection of sake and beers.
