The venue is the latest from hospitality visionary Oli Frost (NAÂMi, Maman and Milky Lane) and is an ode to long, leisurely lunches and spirited sundowners. Inspired by his own adventures through Spain and Portugal, Lucia is here to whisk you away to San Sebastian. We’re calling it now, the beauteous terracotta-hued beer garden adorned with flowering bougainvillea and olive trees will be the sip spot for summer.
