LOT TWO is a casual and vibrant new restaurant that overlooks the pristine Terranora Broadwater in Tweed Heads. Open seven days, you can enjoy the waterfront views as you sip on Byron Bay’s Marvell Street coffee, enjoy lunches on the deck, and tuck into sumptuous dinners as the sun sets. The kitchen team, lead by hatted chef Nathan Tillot, who hails from The Greens in North Sydney, has developed a menu driven by sustainable and ethically sourced produce. You’ll find everything from share plates of a whole roasted chicken with Brazilian salsa, buttered corn and greens, and lamb shoulder with crushed peas, olives and fetta, through to woodfired roasted meatballs in tomato fondue with buttered spaghetti, and a fresh salad of smoked ocean trout, wild rocket and avocado. At LOT TWO, you can well and truly expect the best of the region to be served on your plate.
