About half way along Oak Avenue in Miami (near the KFC) lies a glorious pink warehouse – that’s Lost Palms. This eye-catching brewery is the brainchild of beer-swilling buddies Jarrod Blanning and Joe Lister, along with brewer and chemical engineer John Walz. The trio set out to create their own beer oasis in the seaside hub of Miami, with an aim of injecting sessionable beers, a fun vibe and a helluva lot of pink into the region’s craft-brewing circle. There’s a tap house at the front of the brewery, serving beers and small eats like burgers, wings and fries.
