The LeanChef Kitchn
Ex-Melbourne restaurateur and chef Enzo Loterzo set out to create a wholesome eatery that catered for all tastes and diets with a vibrant breakfast and lunch offering – the result was LeanChef Kitchn. Conscious eaters will find a series of gluten-free, organic and vegan options on the menu, with moreish classics (we’re looking at you, buttery croque monsieur) dotted throughout to keep the balance. For breakfast, think sweet-corn fitters with grilled miso-maple pumpkin and buttermilk dressing, a paleo bowl brimming with charred asparagus, purple cauliflower, field mushrooms and kale chips, and an intriguing semolina breakfast gnocchi with scrambled eggs, bacon and fetta. The lunch offering is diverse, ranging from salads and open sandwiches to grass-fed beef burgers and organic gluten-free linguine. There’s organic coffee pouring, as well as smoothies and fresh juices. Plus, there dedicated dog parking.
