Having opened eight years ago from humble beginnings, they recently relocated to a bigger space at the start of this year to accommodate their growing following. Known for serving authentic, freshly cooked Filipino dishes, you’ll find favorites like crispy pork hocks and bengus fish wrapped in banana leaves.
Kubo’s also boasts a newly opened Coffee House, offering a brunch menu from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Indulge in bacon and eggs, toasties, fresh sandwiches, and Merlo coffee, all alongside desserts crafted by their amazing pastry chef, recently brought in from the Philippines. Enjoy your meal in their cozy, Filipino-inspired interior or on the outdoor dining terrace, and don’t forget to finish with the traditional Halo Halo dessert, featuring purple yam ice cream, macapuno strings, jackfruit jelly, sweetened bananas, and leche flan.
