Kinship Cafe

Underneath Currumbin’s SLSC’s new Nippers hub (just across from the Currumbin SLSC) is where sandy-footed southern Gold Coasters will find their new neighbourhood nook, Kinship Cafe. Offering all-day brekkie and lunch bites and delicious brews from Social Espresso, this newbie is quickly amassing a loyal following of hungry locals. The menu is lined with much-loved cafe favourites (we’re looking at you bacon and egg roll, our ol’ faithful), as well as some innovative creations. Early birds can forget about the worm and opt for the brekkie tacos (scrambled egg, diced chorizo, avocado salsa, green onion, coriander and lime), the halloumi, egg and hash burger (fried halloumi, egg, potato hash and chipotle mayo, on a toasted milk bun) or a very decadent Biscoff crumpet. For lunch, feed your famished self with tempura barramundi served with crunchy chips and lemon and aioli, or try the chicken burger made with Southern fried chicken, coleslaw, cheese and chipotle mayo on a toasted milk bun.
