Imperial at The Star

Formerly known as Zen, the newly transformed Imperial at The Star brings a brand-new fit out and revitalised menu driven by mind-blowing Mandarin and Cantonese flavours to the table. Its eclectic new menu has been curated by The Star’s executive chef of Asian cuisine, Song Yao Su – he’s very well credentialed with more than 30 years of experience up his sleeve, and has a flair for combining traditional Mandarin and Cantonese ingredients to create modern interpretations of Asian classics. In a nutshell, this chef has one magical set of hands. The dishes are designed to suit both the Chinese market and the Westernised foodies, combining high-end ingredients, sauces and spices with top-quality local and seasonal produce.
