You can start the day with gluten-free and vegan organic oat bircher with seasonal fruits and macadamia milk, or a hearty thick-cut-bacon and egg roll with cheddar, romesco and rocket. There’s the almost-too-pretty-to-eat gluten-free buckwheat waffles with strawberries, plum, coconut and cocoa, as well as simple eggs on toast and the colourful Nourish Bowl topped with cauliflower fritters.
