Formerly Groove Cafe, Havana is vibrant, bright and white with dashes of greenery and dark timber, exuding a classy Cuban feel. The food menu focuses on share-style tapas, with everything from pistachio-crusted lamb skewers, South Australian mussels in a tomato chilli broth and tempura soft-shell crab with chilli jam. It’s all best enjoyed with a cocktail in hand – the grapefruit margarita served on the rocks with rosemary and a salt-crusted rim will do just fine.
