Hail Mary Snack Bar + Kitchen
If you work in or around Burleigh’s industrial precinct surrounding Ern Harley Drive, Hail Mary has ventured to the ‘burbs to open a taco-slinging tuckshop to jazz up your weekday lunches. The brand-new takeaway-centric outpost churns out the same quality Mexican nosh that the restaurant is known for – think massive stuffed burritos, tasty tacos available in an array of combinations including its signature snapper and mango, pulled pork and cajun fried chicken. To cater to the local crowd, the menu has expanded to include all-day breakfast from 6:30 am including bacon-and-egg loaded burritos and breakfast rolls. From 10:00 am, there’s a couple of burgers, a hotdog and some seriously drool-inducing tortas, which is a Mexican-style toasted sandwich roll filled with crispy pork belly, fried chicken or slow-cooked beef brisket, which are a bonafide bargain at $12. If you’re in need of a little pick-me-up alongside your feast, they’ve got Burleigh’s Quest Coffee flowing through the machines. Hail Mary Snack Bar + Kitchen also offers free delivery within 3-kms.
