Miami’s Greenhouse Canteen + Bar was somewhat of an institution. In September 2023, the Gold Coast Highway-fronting venue made the move to Tallebudgera Valley and formed part of Greenhouse the Bathhouse. The restaurant, which is open to the public, dishes up the same flavour-filled plant-based fare we’ve come to know and love, including ‘small eats’ such as arancini balls, Korean rice cakes and the famous raw tacos, through to larger bites of pumpkin Alfredo gnocchi, jackfruit nachos and a Vietnamese pancake. There’s a full bar selection too, with a selection of bubbles, wines, beers and cocktails on offer.
