Grain’N’Grocer is a place that blends two dreams into one – half of the store is an outlet of fresh, largely organic produce, whilst the other half is a shopper’s pitstop for coffee and tasty multicultural treats. The grocer element of the store stocks healthy and wholesome food, drinks and other goods. Nutritious snacks and cooking ingredients are provided, with an extensive range of nuts, seeds, cereals and superfoods filling the store. To add a sense of relaxation to the shopping experience, a cafe is attached to the grocer, producing smooth, fresh Byron Bay coffee, accompanied by a variety of delicious treats. The gluten-free brownie is a popular choice, with the baklava coming a close second. The treats that are offered are constantly changing, and showcase an exciting and exotic ethnic food culture, often featuring Greek and Turkish specialties such as kataifi, almond shortbread and Viennese fingers.
