Gods of the Sea at Marina Mirage is the latest culinary venture from Jon Nurminen and Warren Lucas and is here to fill the void for sophisticated seafood in a seaside setting. The menu showcases a 100-percent Australian ethos with a selection of thoughtfully curated dishes such as pickled petunia ocean trout with native berry and spice dust, grilled king prawns with fermented chilli and goldband snapper schnitzel.
