Ginger Indian Gourmet has taken traditional Indian cuisine to a whole new level, with its modern twist proving popular with northern Gold Coasters. The dishes are unique, and they’re glorious. We’re talking tiger prawns tossed in tawa with pink peppercorns, shallots and ginger, plus fish fillet in malabar coconut and lemon gravy, and braised masala lamb shanks with a pistachio and rose petal crust – talk about a twist! A series of specials are featured regularly, including a range of Indo-Chinese street-food dishes showcasing true variety and depth. The fit-out (and the wine list) is just as impressive at the menu.
