If you’re in the mood for something a little bit different from your usual eggs benny, you’re in luck because the venue offers a little taste of owner Tara Jukic’s Mediterranean heritage alongside a selection of traditional breakfast favourites and simple lunches. If you can fathom pumpkin for breakfast, the pumpkin and dukkah breakky, which is loaded with Persian feta, gooey poached eggs and Egyptian dukkah on crusty sourdough bread, is undoubtedly a crowd-pleaser but it’s hard to go past the baked beans and chorizo on a chilly morning. The cakes are baked in-house but if you’ve never tried homemade baklava, do yourself a favour.
