In October 2019, Fu Manchu underwent a complete overhaul with new ownership (it’s now back in the hands of founding co-owner Zuraya Hamilton), introducing an entirely different identity, fit-out and vibe, as well as a new chef, food menu and bar offering. Think small bites like flame-seared salmon with avocado, coriander and wasabi puree, and pork dumplings with spicy peanut sauce and pickled chilli.
