Food or Somethin’ is a pop-up food stall bringing crazy food combinations and outlandish creations to the Gold Coast. The menu will alternate on the regular, but expect eye-catching eats like the Noodie Beef Burger – a juicy beef burger topped with lettuce, cheese and noodles (yes, actual noodles), before being smothered in ketchup and secret sauce. Or perhaps you’re more inclined to wrap your mitts around the southern fried-chicken burger, complete with double cheese, lettuce, special sauce and lashings of extra-cheesy mac n’ cheese. Want fries on the side? Of course you do. They’ll come dripping in Nutella (don’t diss it) or you can take your culinary experience up a few notches with the ‘chip and dip’ shake – a super-sweet thickshake conveniently served with a cup of Nutella fries on top, so you can dunk them straight in for a truly pleasurable moment. Add some colour to your Instagram feed with the Fairy God Shake – a magical pink-hued bubblegum and strawberry thickshake with glitter-infused fairy floss and gold-speckled cream wafers.
