Fire Cue’s owner Adam Dundas-Taylor, the mastermind behind Seminyak’s award-winning Barbacoa restaurant, has brought a blend of sultry woodfired and charcoal flavours to create the ultimate share-food barbecue-style dining experience. Walk through the doors of the venue, formerly occupied by Snobbys and more recently Maven, and you’ll be drawn to the whole lamb or pig (it varies each day) tastefully hanging over the grill as it slowly roasts over eight hours to perfection.
