Byron Bay-born Finn Poké is known for its truly authentic take on the traditional Hawaiian poke bowls and prides itself on using sustainable and ethically sourced local seafood. The signature bowls are loaded with the likes of trawler-fresh tuna, salmon and swordfish on a base of either rice, a cucumber and buckwheat noodle salad or a citrus kale salad. The non-fishy folk can opt for proteins like sous vide chicken, organic tofu or roasted beetroot, while you can jazz up your bowl with everything from pickled shiitake mushrooms to watermelon radish and fresh pineapple. Hot tip – add a cup of hot miso on the side then sweeten the deal with a traditional Hawaiian coconut haupia pudding. You’ll also find ice-sold sake, kombucha and nitro cold-brew coffee to sip.
