The owner of this Broadbeach Italian restaurant Don’t Gnocc It, Tim Huijs, is well aware of this fact and provides homemade gnocchi, fresh pastas and hand-stretched pizzas to the hungry (and afterwards satisfied) masses. After much success selling his homemade gnocchi and arancini at NightQuarter markets, Tim opened up Don’t Gnocc It in Broadbeach with a lunch and dinner menu that will have you wanting to order one of everything. Standouts of course include the pan-fried burnt butter and prosciutto gnocchi as well as the crispy pumpkin gnocchi. If you’re a seafood lover, the crispy-skin barramundi served on broccolini in house-made acqua pazza, topped with a freshly shaved fennel and watercress salad, is a winner.
