There is a one-acre greenhouse on the site, one-third is open to the public, where you can pick your own produce like kale, rocket, endive, basil, mint and lavender. The final section is the marketplace, which sells a bunch of produce from local farms across northern New South Wales. There is total transparency here – everything is marked as being either biodynamic, certified organic, spray-free, or grown locally under ‘unknown conditions’.
