A fancy carvery is coming to our shores. Crafty Cuts, which began in Sydney, is bringing its on-the-go deliciousness to the Gold Coast with a new venue at Pacific Fair. If you’re into slow-roasted barbecue meats (aren’t we all), salads and tasty sandwiches that you just can’t replicate at home, then this could be your new best friend. If you’re watching the carbs (um, why?), then you can choose from meat plates with proteins like beef brisket or roasted chicken, or if bread is your friend then you can choose from a mouth-watering range of sambos with fillings like pork belly and roast lamb. This one is set to land in early 2018 – we can’t wait.
