Located under the Nirvana By The Sea resort, Cafe Ambiente catches the sea breezes coming off Kirra Beach and offers a choice of dining indoors, alfresco out the front or on high stools over looking the beach. Serving modern and traditional meals that are all made fresh to order, Cafe Ambiente serves up breakfast and lunch daily with dinner available Fridays and Saturdays. In the morning you can’t go past the breakfast burrito or the buttermilk pancakes. Lunch and dinner options include the likes of fennel and dill risotto, baby octopus with cherry tomatoes, olives, capsicum, fresh basil and marinated fetta or simply calamari with chilli, lime and fennel. Seafood features highly and it’s presentation is immaculate, including Atlantic salmon, chilli jam, cucumber, coriander, mint with avocado or panfried tiger prawns, chilli, coriander, watermelon and hollandaise sauce with rocket.
