Bo’teku

Bo’teku is bringing Bali vibes to Coolangatta with a new bohemian-inspired bar and eatery in the former George’s Paragon space along Marine Parade. The half-price lunches may be gone however in its place is a worldly selection of fare ranging from baos bursting with crispy pork belly through to chicken drumettes with blue-cheese sauce. Seafood still weighs heavy on the menu with the venue’s owner Matt personally procuring the freshest catch daily from the trawlers in Tweed Heads. Treat your tastebuds to a taste of tuna tartare with avocado, black caviar, ponzu and crispy sourdough or go all out with whole barbecue bugs. Bo’teku also offers a mighty tempting selection of cocktails including spiked punch, frosé, summer highballs, sours and sweet cocktails to wet your whistle. More of a simple sipper? There’s Balter and Stone & Wood on tap.By definition Bo’teku is a place for bohemians looking for a good drink, great food and relaxed conversation, which is precisely what you will find here.
