Bao Burgers is a dedicated bao bar, located in Isle of Capri’s Capri on Via Roma precinct. The focus here is on fresh, quick and piping-hot baos, which you can grab on the go, or sit down and stay a while as you work your way through the menu. There’s a selection of breakfast baos, which are available all day, with unique combinations like crispy bacon, folded egg and tomato chutney, through to smoked salmon with tamagoyaki egg (Japanese omelette), spinach and orange aioli. The more authentic style of baos, also available all day, feature combinations like slow-cooked pork belly with green apple coleslaw and hoisin sauce, fried Szechuan chicken with coleslaw and sriracha aioli, and soft shell crab with Asian slaw, sesame seeds and wasabi mayo.
