It’s owned by Ursula and Ben Watts, the brilliantly talented duo who originally founded Paddock Bakery and are now behind renowned venues Cubby Bakehouse, Custard Canteen and Neptune Kiosk. Bam Bam is a French-style patisserie that produces some impossible-to-resist baked goods including golden, buttery, flaky croissants (which take three days to make) and sugar-rolled cruffins topped with home-made raspberry jam and vanilla Chantilly cream alongside a more elaborate bistro-style menu. The venue offers multiple seating areas and is child-friendly so feel free to bring the little ones along. You can also order a range of Bam Bam’s delicious pastries online, which you can pick up in store.
